Basic Household Cleaners

All made from safe basic ingredients that you more than likely already keep in your home.  These are not only green friendly but are safe for your children if they accidentally stumble upon them.

Furniture Polish
1/4 cup Vinegar or Lemon Juice (I like to split for the lemon scent)
3/4 cup Olive Oil

Oven Cleaner
3/4 cup Baking Soda
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Water
*Makes a paste that you can let sit for about 10 minutes and then wipe clean.

Drain Cleaner
1 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Baking Soda

Febreeze
Equal parts water and liquid fabric softener. (adding a tbs baking soda helps as well)

Disenfectant
2 cups Water
30 drops Essential Oil
A few drops natural soap

Brass Cleaner
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Vinegar
*Add flour as needed to make into a paste.  Cover, let sit for approximately 10 minutes and wipe clean.

Stains
Cover with cornstarch and let sit for 20 minutes. Then pour mixture of
1 cup Vinegar
3 cups Water
*Should come clean when washed

Dishwashing Soap
2 cups Baking Soda
2 cups Borax (found in a box usually in the laundry isle)
1/2 cup Sea Salt
5-10 drops Essential Oil (orange has a clean scent)
*Use 2-3 tablespoons per load

Jet Dry
Use Vinegar as you notice the dishes with water spots

More to come...

  3. If you can get past the smell, and don't mind reapplying often, you'll find
that for its price, it offers an unbelievably
great color. Beach bags are usually big bags that are made of
cloth. Our solution has been well-tested in order to ensure
that it looks exactly like a natural tan.

  4. Tanning allows you to experiment with different styles and looks.
To start with, one should test out this product by making use of the item
with a small portion of your skin and observe for reactions.
Why bother to spend tens of thousands of dollars,
after all, on something you may only need to use for a limited time.

Here is my blog post :: tan
