A New Kind of Healthy w/ CBD Living - Review

This post has been kind of a complicated one for me to write because I am still in the process of learning of the CBD industry, the many benefits, and the technology/science behind it all.  It's taken me a very, VERY long time to come around to this industry and the idea that CBD is a very beneficial ingredient.  After seeing what it has done for both my sister and a close friend of mine, I began my research.

A Summer Snowstorm is Brewing w/ Slice Coffee #Review

I'm going to dive right into this one just like I wish I could dive right into the water right now!  I'm a total Summer chick and right about now I am totally missing the warm weather.  But even though we have monthes until we say goodbye to the snow and bitter cold, I've still got the warmth of my coffee each day.  I recently discovered a new brand of coffee and I am totally obsessed.

Bake Sale Fun w/ Kidstir

I love spending time in the kitchen with my kids baking and I hope that someday my kiddos can look back and hold the same memories of their time with family as I do. I truly believe this is the reason my children, have such a love for baking and cooking themselves, especially my oldest son, Dane.  Usually each child is responsible for one night a week cooking dinner (if they choose).  Not to mention, we almost always bake weekly if we've got spare time.

Cooking with KidStir and Making Memories

*I want to start this post out by apologizing to both my readers and the brand.  This review was a very difficult one for me to post over the holiday season as my Grandmother actually passed away after writing this and it was just too bitter sweet to read through or share until now.

I used to be extremely big into baking and cooking with my grandmother when I was younger.  It feels like yesterday that I would bake side by side with her.  With my grandmother older and not in the best of health, time in the kitchen is just different.  It's because of this, I truly appreciate these times, handed down recipes, traditions, and memories!  This is also the reason, I love to bake with my kids.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo Your Way This Year

Back in my college days, I could almost guarantee I would participate in any holiday that surrounded a day of drinking.  Even, when I was first married, we'd spend time together just socializing all day with each other and of course friends.  Now things are different having children.  Don't misunderstand me though, when I say different, I mean it in a good way.  We still have the freedom to head out when we want to especially with our kids old enough to behave in restaurants too.  But for Cinco de Mayo this year, I am pregnant and heading out to enjoy one of my favorite celebrations just isn't in the cards.

Emile Noël Artisan Oil Review

I obviously love to cook, especially since I am home to do so for my children most days.  I have both the flexibility of being home and the resources coming from an extensive restaurant background to create tons of meals for my family.  Creating meals from scratch gives me the ability to know exactly what my family is eating at all times.  I try to use anything I've grown first and foremost and then only the highest quality ingredients whenever store bought.

Golden Blossom Honey Review and #Giveaway

I have always been one of those occasional tea drinkers.  I definitely always enjoyed a hot glass with some honey when I would feel sick in the evenings.   Then when I first moved down south I realized tea was great to have in other ways and for other reasons.  This goes hand in hand with honey and the variety of ways you can use it.

Mrs. Renfro's Cheese + Salsa Review and #Giveaway

@MOON_Blogs Ignite Your Senses Giveaway Sponsor

My favorite part of cooking and entertaining is the challenge of exciting my own and others taste senses.  I am also the type of foodie that if someone challenges me to try something they claim to be too hot to stomach, I WANT IT.  I've given myself asthma attacks trying different hot sauces and peppers.  So obviously, I am a spicy food person and I wanted to give the newest products from Mrs. Renfro's Foods a try.

I've worked with them in the past and my entire family loved the products.  Mrs. Renfro's carries a variety salsas and several other blends such as cheese dips, relishes, and jalapenos.  I knew right away which ones I would choose and I was graciously sent over my selection of Black Bean Salsa, Ghost Pepper Salsa, and Chipotle Nacho Cheese Sauce, and Ghost Pepper Nacho Cheese Sauce.

.@GortonsSeafood #RealisticResolution Review and #Giveaway w/ Spark People

This last year has been one of the hardest years we have had as a family.  We spent most of 2014 living out of boxes due to every possible delay in moving into our new home.  What made this worse for me has been the delay in my weight loss and my families healthy eating.  So now that we are finally into our new home and slowly settling in, I've been anxious to jump to it this New Year.

Lucky Leaf Holidays - Marshmallow Apple Pie

I know it's been a while since I've shared a good baking post with my readers, I've been insanely busy trying to avoid eating baked goods while sitting constantly on the computer.  Rest assured, I am still obsessed with Lucky Leaf Pie Fillings and am continuing my ambassadorship with them!  While this is the holiday season where you would normally find me baking up a storm, I haven't quite started it yet.
