Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops Review

pine_bros_logo

Unfortunately I am one of "those" people that it is always debatable as to whether or not I am a hypochondriac or not.  I am ALWAYS sick! I have the worst immune system in the world and it's probably my fault as I don't take a daily multivitamin or get the proper amount of rest that's recommended.  But honestly what parent does?

I seem to have passed all of these "issues" down to my children as now there is always someone in my household who is sick whether it's a cold or allergies or something else.  So when the opportunity came available to review the Pine Bros Cough Drops, I was all in!
Even better the day before these arrived in the mail I came down with a terrible chest cold and noticed we were out of our normal cough drops.  I could barely open The package fast enough to give these a try!  I was sent several packs of the cherry and honey flavors as well as several of the to go containers in both flavors.
The cherry had a nice subtle flavor and the piece slowly dissolved getting softer and almost chewy the longer I sucked on it.  Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing for the honey flavor.  I have to say the honey was one of the grossest tasting cough drops I've ever had and Kevin said the same thing!  I had to spit it out immediately and then had the flavor stuck in my mouth for hours!  I wish I had gotten a chance to try the lemon flavor!
I love the fact that these now come in such cute little to go containers so I don't have to worry about finding a year old cough drop stuck to the bottom of my purse anymore.  Plus, I was always sticking a few in my pockets, a few in my purse, a few anywhere I could think of to make sure I was never without.

Cost:  $3.89
Available to purchase:  Where to Buy
Recommendation:  To be honest, other than the to go container, I was not a fan of these.  I didn't think even the cherry ones were strong enough to help my couch or sore throat.  The nice thing is they are not too expensive and they are more like candy tasting for the kids so I can give them to them without dealing with the "I dont like its".
