purEcosheet Review and Giveaway

In making the decision to begin a major transition to have a green household, there are always going to be struggles. whether it's favorite products or a dependable brand that you've been loyal to forever.  Sometimes it's not everyone's decision or everyone doesn't give a 100% commitment.  Whatever it is though everyone needs to be reasonable and make those changes at their own speed.

One of those "difficulties" we have had in our transition has been dryer sheets.  My husband is obsessed with them.  I hate them mostly because I know how terrible they are for the environment and wasteful.  Initially I would even try to get him to save them after each load to be reused as many times as possible.  They can even be used to cleaning different things around your home like TV or computer screens.

Thankfully purEcosheet agreed to send me a set of their Reusable Dryer Sheets to review.  So this was an interesting review for me complete.  I was very curious if this product worked and how effective it would be.  PurEcosheets are 100% hypoallergenic and perfume/dye/chemical free.  Being that I have such sensitive skin, I hate the fact that disposable dryer sheets work by leaving residue all over your clothes to avoid the static build up.  All this tells me is I have yet another chemical to worry about having some sort of reaction to.

The residue that covers your clothes can also clog your dryer vents and sensors which makes your dryer work harder.  There have been days where my machine seems to constantly run with clothes that are already dry inside and I am sure this is because my husband uses disposable sheets.  If you are trying to save energy and prolong the health of your machines, this is something you may want to look into.

I thought these worked great!  We have washed over 20 loads so far with the purEcosheet and noticed not one load come out staticky.  My only bit of confusion is the design of the sheets as it is tubular.  I would think it would work just as well in a solid sheet form plus allowing for more sheets to be produced and used.  Oh well just my crazy thought!

Cost: $24.95 Double Pack
Available to purchase: purEcosheet
Recommendation:  Don't look at the cost because when broken down these sheets are very cheap.  On the box it states these will last for hundreds of loads.  I believe the purEcosheet is extremely safe and healthy for both the environment and your family.  I would recommend doing your research and purchasing Facebook: purEcosheet

Giveaway:  purEcosheet is going to give one of A Lucky Ladybug's lucky readers a double pack of purEcosheets of their own!

  13. I like the fact that you feature a broad range of products- not just kid or baby stuff, not just electronics, etc. And I also appreciate that you don't have only "huge" giveaways with a million different likes or entries. I feel like the reviews on those products aren't as thoughtful- it's helpful to get an honest review of a product from one person! Thanks for all your great info!
