Handful Bras Review and Giveaway

SPONSOR HIGHLIGHT "GET MOVING 2013" BLOG HOP EVENT
I have always had so much trouble finding anything from swim suits to lingerie in my size.  I have a very large (natural) breast size and am not quite a plus size every where else (although I am an athletic build).  Sports bras are usually a waste of fabric in my case as I usually have to wear at least three to give me the support I need to work out.  I was super excited to discover this next company as I thought it would be perfect for me.

Handful Bras are designed by Jennifer Ferguson with the hopes that one sports bra can do it all. "It has become much more than a sports bra for its admirers. The Handful is an everyday bra that takes you from workout to weekend, looking great by itself or fantastic as a layering piece underneath."  I love the definition Jennifer gives of handful - "hand-ful (noun) – A strong, confident, determined, active, compassionate, and/or adventurous woman. "  Too cute!
I was extremely excited to finally have a bra that would maybe support me and my handful.  However, I was told (by my brother in law at that), I apparently have more than a handful!  Unfortunately once my new sports bras arrived, I was disappointed to discover they were too small for my tata's.  Thankfully I have two sisters who are both a little less blessed in that area than I am!
As usually these were quickly scooped up by my sister who they fit absolutely perfectly!  I don't know what is with me lately picking out clothing that everyone has to steal!  I guess I should take it as a compliment since I am usually the one who gets made fun of for having no sense of style.  Jesse actually said she loved how comfortable these were and that she could wear them to workout in or even to work and then straight to the bar after and still look good!
Cost:  $42 The Handful Bra
Available to purchase: Handful
Recommendation: These were great quality and very comfortable just not the right size for me.  Jesse absolutely fell in love them.  I am thinking the tank would be a much better idea and fit for me so I mayh have to give it a try!  I love that they are so focused on Breast Cancer survivors as well!!

Giveaway:  Handful is going to give one of A Lucky Ladybug's lucky readers a choice between the Original Handful Bra, the Adjustable Handful Bra, or the Handful Tank of their own!  Look for this to begin on 1/17/13 as part of the "Get Moving 2013" Blog Hop!

  2. Hmm. I am also "more than a handful", but I would really love to try this! Looks so comfortable, and it looks like it would actually work, which is shocking. A sports bra that works would be amazing.

  5. I usually wear sports bras, unless I am dressing up, simply because they are so comfortable. This one looks like it would support, while still being comfortable. Thanks!

  6. I am also well endowed and have a hard time finding sports bras that are comfortable and actually hold me in. I don't think Handful will work for me either, but they look like they're comfortable!

  8. This bra has great support for the high impact workouts I do. The quality is great, and the material is nice and thick. I plan to order Playtex 5251
