Wearever Mattress Pads with Wings Review

        Having a child who potty trained herself before the age of one is a curse and a blessing.  I am trying to get her to stay dry during nap and overnight, but thus far it is few are far between.  As any parent knows, getting up in the middle of the night to change sheets is never a fun task for anyone involved.  Being a single working mother of two small girls I value my sleep and want my girls to get the best nights sleep too because it reflects in their personalities and moods throughout the day time.
         Being that Hannah still needs to wear a diaper at night and most nap times, having a mattress pad that is both water proof and washable is a must have.  I was excited when the company Wearever contacted me and asked me to review one of their Mattress Pads with Wings.

        Wearever is a company that specializes in reusable incontinence needs being in a discreet manner.  They saw that the market was growing overseas and wanted to bring it over the the United States as well.  They have a three point criteria that is the following a."Consistent quality and performance – 'it has to work' b. Fashionable, stylish designs – 'it has to be comparable with regular, contemporary underwear' and c. Attractive pricing – 'it has to be cheaper over its lifetime than its alternatives'."  This philosophy drives them to continue to make quality products at reasonable pricing.

        The bed sheet I received was in pink and is very thick in the area that needs the extra protection.  I first tried this out when Hannah took a nap and I went with no diaper.  It was a good thing I had the mattress pad on the bed because we definitely needed it.  She had an accident during her nap and the mattress pad saved the mattress from getting wet.  I was psyched at how well this mattress pad worked and I didn't have to wipe up the mattress itself even a little bit.  This was a lifesaver that day and a few others as we've been trying to use it most nights.

Recommendation: I highly recommend this product, it has definitely saved my toddlers mattress from having to be cleaned when accidents happened.  I love how soft this mattress pad is as well and how cute it looks.  The only thing I didn't like about this mattress pad was that it is not a fitted one, which would stay in place better than a non fitted sheet.  The cost is pretty reasonable too!
