Power Capes Super Hero Cape Review and #Giveaway

It comes as no surprise by now that I have one daughter who is girly girl and one who is a complete tomboy.  Right now McKayla is on a superhero kick like most boys her age and loves everything related to being a superhero.  She is obsessed with Captain America, Spider-man and Superman so when I came across the company Power Capes I knew this would be something perfect for her to review.  I was ecstatic when they agreed to send me a personalized super cape in exchange for a review.

Power Capes is a company dedicated to creating high quality products that promote children's imaginations.  These capes and accessories were featured on 'Tori and Dean Home Sweet Hollywood' when they had their son's superhero birthday party.  I was surprised to hear this since I watch programs such as this when I'm bored and hadn't heard about them before. They are also associated with TuTu Favulous, Hero Huggers and Soar, which are all sister sites you can find on their website.  Each of these websites offer different variety of products for children other than the super hero capes.

We were able to design her a blue superhero cape (her favorite color) with the superman logo instead with an 'M' (for Mikayla) in the middle of it.  Unfortunately for me, once we designed her cape she asked every hour of everyday when her cape was going to be coming.  What I loved most about the cape Mikayla and I designed,  is that she was able to pick out exactly what she wanted in the colors that fit her exact style.
If Hannah had wanted a cape I know it would have been an easy pick being pink with a sparkle pink princess crown and an 'H' on it.  There is a huge selection of styles that you can choose from and customize.  You are sure to find your little ones superhero personality.  The shipment was also very quick and only took about a week turn around for ours to be delivered to our home.  The quality of the fabric over exceeded my expectation.  This is a very sturdy satiny material and the velcro that attaches the cape is sewn on with expertise.  I love how big the cape is as we ordered a sidekick 22" cape and it is plenty big for her to continue to use it for many many years.

Available to Purchase/Cost:  $24.99 Blue Superhero Cape with Red Shield and Yellow M
Recommendation: I really loved everything about this company and their product.  I feel that the money you spend on this novelty item for your child is going to get it's money worth of use and years out of it, maybe even more.  My daughter loves her cape and has been wearing it everywhere we go for the last few weeks and it still in the same condition as when we opened the package brand new.
