Fun Bites Triangles Review and #Giveaway

SPONSOR HIGHLIGHT 50 SHADES OF THE MOON STARTING 8/6
I am not big on cooking.  I enjoy baking and only because it is following a recipe.  I am just not good with putting all the ingredients and flavors together without a recipe in hand.  Thankfully, both my girls favorite meal is a good ole fashioned peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which I of course make the best one ever.  The girls always tell me they want their sandwiches cut into squares or triangles.   Recently, I've seen the commercial for Fun Bites and was excited when they contacted me to review one of their products.  I thought it would be fun to make the girls something a little different and with some flare.

Fun Bites is a company that makes different plastic food cutters that create fun food designs for parents to give their children a little bit of fun with food.  This is great if you have a picky eater to make it fun for them to eat different shapes.  That is the exact reason that Bobbie Rhoads and her husband invented Fun Bites!  They were trying to get their daughter to have fun eating healthy food and not just junk food.  What I love about this product is that you can use it on all kinds of foods and it makes so children will be intrigued to try and eat new foods.

I used this product on the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the girls.  I have to say this may not be the best thing to use the Fun Bites for as it squeezed the PB 'n' J out through the bread.  Normally I would have thought this would make a lot of waste when cutting a sandwich but it worked just fine as I ate the crust and the rest was a little messy.  I like how the two pieces are made just from plastic so my kids can't hurt themselves if they get a hold of it, plus it is dishwasher safe so easy to clean.  My kids loved that their tiny triangles sandwiches which were perfectly bite sized for them!

Recommendation:  I recommend this product to anyone who wants to bring some fun to snack or lunch time for the little ones.  This also will help your children try and enjoy new foods and maybe healthy food options that they might not have tried before.   These worked really well and the girls loved eating their tiny food plus it was less clean up when they were done eating.  This is a great product, my only suggestion is that maybe make one that is bread shaped in size to avoid a lot of waste that doesn't get cut into shapes.

  1. These are so cute, nothing like getting a kid to eat than making the pieces bite-size. I wonder how I can use them on spinach!
