My Re-Body SafSlim Review

Lets be honest, who doesn't want to lose weight or get more tone without the effort?! I do I do!  Exercise can sometimes just be hard to fit into some of our daily schedules especially bloggers.  The worst part is that even if you are active, burning the belly fat is the most difficult of all for women in particular.  So what if you could target burning specifically just belly fat?  This concept has completely intrigued me as this has always been my area of frustration as you can tell by my earlier post "Will I always be this way?"

When Re-Body asked me to review their SafSlim, I was excited to give yet another product a try to see if it could possibly help me.  What made me even more excited to learn about these products is the fact that their body fat/weight chart actually shows me at high average NOT overweight or obese.  The categories include Lean, Ideal, Average, and Above Average - which in my opinion are much more positive terms to use to get me motivated. So let talk about how they worked.

Right away I was excited to try the SafSlim since it was in a Key Lime flavor (one of my favorite pies).  "SafSlim™’s expeller-pressed, high-linoleic (78 percent) emulsified safflower oil (SAF) is a very effective way to target and reduce belly fat. Studies have shown results with no modifications to their exercise or diet regimens. However, SafSlim is intended to be used in addition to any reduced-calorie diet and exercise program."

I have to say the flavor wasn't so bad but the after taste of this was horrid (of course in my opinion).  After the first couple days I started taking this as a shot with a chaser to help it go down.  What I liked best about this product is that there was no time frame before meals that I HAD to take it for it to work.  I hate when they say 30 minutes prior only because I forget until I actually want to eat.

Did it work though?  I have been using the SafSlim at least 4 out of 7 days a week for about two weeks.  Although I haven't noticed a thinner physique, I have dropped approximately one pound without any change in my exercising or diet (except for a type of protein shake).

Cost/Available to purchase:  $29.99 - 16oz SafSlim (approx. 30 days)
Recommendation:  Definitely a great company with some very good motivational tips and research on the effects of Linoleic Safflower oil on dieting.  Prices are a average for any dieting product although I think ALL companies are crazy charging this much.  I thought the products worked decent for the time I have been taking them and I plan on continuing.  As of now I may buy another bottle of SafSlim in a different flavor in hopes it doesn't have the yucky taste.  I do like this product though quite a bit.
