Kevin also seems to think leaving half the lights on throughout the house at night is no big deal. This drives me nuts and not only for the obvious reason that its a waste of energy but I cannot fall asleep unless it's dark. I can only deal with so much light or it keeps me tossing all night long.
I was recently asked to review the new Sleep Contoured Mask by Dream Essentials. I figured this might be a great accessory for sleeping especially on those nights Kevin comes to bed late and leaves the lighting on. The Sleep Contoured Mask is lightweight and made to mold to your face.
Initially I have to tell you that when this arrived I was a bit hesitant to wear it as it looked like a padded bra for your eyes! It truly even feels like a bra (possibly for a doll, lol). The material is extremely soft and flexible.
My personal favorite part about wear this at night is the fact that it is very breathable. I am naturally hot at night and if I wore an eye mask which rested directly on my skin, I can promise I would wake up after a few nights with breakouts on my forehead and nose. This feels like I am barely wearing anything.
Available to purchase/Cost: $12.95 Sleep Contoured Mask
Recommendation: Fairly reasonably priced and comfortable, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a sleep mask! :)
