Comfy Sacks Lounger Review and Kids Round Sack #Giveaway

When I first left for college way back in the day, my mother bought me one of the best things to have in a dorm room - a foam bean bag.  It was amazing to say the least as it was much larger than any others on the market at that time.  I would use it under my loft as an actual couch/chair instead of having to sit on the floor.  My dorm room was the place to hang out because of this and I would constantly have people crashing on it.

Because of this, I moved it with me slowly over the years and eventually it wore out.  It had a terrible smell in the end because of how difficult it was to wash with all the foam inside.  Since we through it away, Kevin and I have been on the lookout for a new one.  There was no way though, that we would buy just any average one.  We knew it was an investment which our kids would also use while growing up so we wanted it to last.

Searching through the tons of companies now available, we finally discovered a brand that we knew we had to have!  Comfy Sacks seems to be the ultimate in bean bag/foam chairs.  The first thing that caught my attention from the start is the fact that they advertise on the main page that their sacks are tank tough.

They run an actual tank over one of their sacks and can still sit in it comfortably afterwards.  I think that's amazing!  That tells me that no matter how hard my children jump on this thing (and believe me they've already tried) that its going to last!  We of course try to keep our pets off the furniture but if you have a dog or especially a cat, you know this isn't always the case.  Seeing the tank test I also feel a lot better about the times I don't catch them on it!

Comfy Sacks generously sent me over a 7.5 ft Lounger Micro Suede in Cocoa.  When this first arrived it was vacuum packed into a box which looked about 4' x 2' in size.  We were baffled as to how our huge longer (7.5 ft x 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft) was going to come out of this and actually be as big as it said!  Sure enough, though as you need to follow the assembly instructions, our lounger was as big as our couch!

Not only is this massive enough to replace our couch but it can comfortable work as a bed or place to nap.  I of course wouldn't recommend replacing a bed with this but I can tell you I've passed out after a night of drinking on mine as well as a few times with the kids taking naps and it was amazingly comfortable!

"The 7.5 ft lounger is the largest lounger offered on the market".  The 7.5 foot Lounger is designed to fit 3-4 people and since we are making a move into a new house in a few weeks, we are still trying to decide where this would be best kept.  Right now we are using it in place of the couch but I am thinking it will be great for the finished basement for everyone to hang out on.

My children have all fallen in love with this and the boys have been using it to sit in while playing video games as well as what seems to be an indoor trampoline.  I've loved watching their imagination while on the lounger as it has been tons of things like a huge boat or mountain to climb!

Available to purchase/Cost:  $345 Sale ($431 Reg) 7.5 ft Lounger Micro Suede Cocoa
Recommendation:  This seems so high in price but I can tell you it's worth every dollar.  There is even a 3 year Warranty on the Cover and Liner.  I foresee this lasting for well and past any warranty as it is genuinely made to last anything!

  5. I would use my Comfy Sack in my living room. My nephew whom has special needs would benefit much from the sinking-in relaxation feature and the softness of this chair. Of course he would have to battle the beagle for his chance at pure comfort.

  17. I like the 6 ft Lounger in Chocolate Micro Suede too. I'm not sure the 7.5 would fit in our already small and full living room, but I know one of these would be well used, because the Grandboys have worn out several traditional beanbag chairs already.
