Bioterra Herbs Detox… Ahhh Review

        One of the ways I've decided to diet has always been a cleanse of some sort.  I feel like my body feels so much better when being on one and I truly believe a lot of the health problems people have nowadays is due to the build up of unhealthy, non-digestible, products in their bodies!  I was recently asked to review the BioTerra Herbs, Detox (ahhh) Herbal Supplement.

        Right off the the bat I realized this was my kind of company as this is how they describe themselves "We are BioTerra Herbs! We are a brand spankin’ new (& awesome) herbal supplement company that focuses on natural, vegan and clean products with a dash of humor. We believe in honesty, eco-sustainability and unicorns; love our Mother Earth (and Aunt Mildred, too)."  (You know this fits my personality!)

        Made with some really awesome and natural ingredients like Dandelion, Chinese Rhubarb, Licorice, Mangosteen, Aloe Vera and so man more!  I love knowing these are non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free herbal supplements.  For an extreme 2 day detox/cleanse, you will want to take 4 capsules after a meal once per day for 2 days. I decided to follow this option to jump start my dieting and then follow the general maintenance moving forward which is just 2 pills a day.

        I have to say this wasn't like a lot of cleanses where you are stuck in the bathroom unnaturally for hours and days.  I actually enjoyed taking this and felt as if I everything was "natural".  I did notice I felt less bloated and as if I lost a little water weight.  I felt as if I was lighter and actually a bit more motivated to work out more often instead of always so sluggish.

Recommendation:  I definitely recommend trying this!  Most cleanses cost around the same if not much more so this is even a great price.  I see myself buying more of the Bioterra Herbs in the future!
