Sofia the First Enchanted Feast DVD Review
I knew right away Declan would love the newest Princess Sofia movie so when I was asked to review Sofia the First Enchanted Feast, I quickly said yes. We had actually been awaiting the arrival of this one since we had watched previews on the Disney Channel almost daily! Declan is in love with Sofia and love watching her daily! Disney released this movie on DVD today (August 5th, 2014), including four additional bonus episodes as well as a special appearance from the princess, Snow White!
The Synopsis says "The wicked fairy, Miss Nettle, disguises herself as a powerful sorceress and attempts to steal Sofia’s magical amulet. With the help of Snow White—Sofia must learn to trust her instincts and speak up when she suspects someone is not who or what they say they are."
The day we received it, Dane quickly pointed out there would be a special Enchanted Mirror which I had forgotten completely. I personally think that Sofia is such a cute show. It is not only for just girls as most would think, it's for boys too as it teaches some great lessons about subjects like blended families, friendships, and especially showing kindness in different situations. Both my boys watched this one over and over the minute it arrived and absolutely loved this DVD!
Recommendation: I think this was adorable and had yet another good story line!! The boys have honestly been running around with their enchanted mirror as well hoping to perform some type of magic with it! Both boys loved this movie and enjoyed the additional episodes too!
