Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants DVD Review and #Giveaway

Well, I think it should be fairly obvious my love for ladybugs.  Not only as readers you can see that but any of my friends knew this about me decades ago before the blogs.  So when I recently heard about the new "bug" movie being released by Kaboom! Entertainment, I knew I had to review it!  On May 26th, 2015, Kaboom! Entertainment will release Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants to DVD.

The Synopsis says "After a couple leaves their picnic in a hurry, a gang of hungry ants moves in to steal what could be their most coveted treasure: a tin box filled with sugar cubes.  But before they can get away with the loot, a newly-born ladybug strays from its own family and gets trapped inside the box!  The ladybug is soon spirited away by the ants as they try to transport their prize across the woods toward their colony. Together, the insects embark on an epic journey to protect their sugar."

Watching the inspiration shown by the ladybug in the film and how everyone pulls together made for a great family movie.  Not only have we loved similar movies to this in the past but the boys truly enjoyed this one.  They loved discussing how the ladybug was just like Mommy and what she does with her work.  This was definitely one of the cuter ones for me to watch!

Recommendation:  The whole family enjoyed this DVD and loved the imagination as well as teamwork each character used.  I think I might be biased on this one but I would recommend this DVD to most any children with all the realistic life lessons!
