2015 Toyota Corolla #DriveToyota Review

As a non-specific product reviewer, I like to keep a wide variety of reviews flowing through the blog so there is something for everyone!  Regardless of what stage in life you are going through, I want to be there to help my readers as I really consider my blog to have more than one focus.  I was recently sent over a 2015 Toyota Corolla to review and share with all of you!

Normally, I am set in my ways on preference of colors for the vehicles I drive (Black or Yellow with the addition of my husbands white color choice).  But I think I might have to make an exception after seeing the Corolla in the beautiful Blue Crush Metallic Color.  With a unique aerodynamic design, it definitely stood out to everyone in my family.

The piano-black grille stood out beautifully against the blue color and my favorite part of the exterior being the black and chrome 17-in. alloy wheels.  On the inside of the Corolla, the first thing that caught my attention was the trim and design of the body hugging seats.  I almost felt like I was back in my hay days, ready to race the streets!

Described as having a fluid dashboard, I have to point out my least favorite part of the Corolla.  I believe the simple look of the dash was designed to have a sleek and classic look to it.  However, I felt it was anything but sporty and I was quite bored with the simple appearance.  Again this could just be me coming from an engineering and racing background as my husband loved the Corolla's design.

With a sport mode, the 2015 Toyota Corolla can give drivers the racing feel of shifting through the gears as they speed up.  There are also Paddle Shifters on the steering wheel for fast shifting without letting go of the steering wheel.  Personally, I dislike this feature and felt as if I could hit them on accident at any time.  The improved rear suspension was great when driving close to home on all the dirt roads we are surrounded by.  You just never know when the gravel will cause the car to slip or when you are going to find yourself hitting an unexpected pothole.

The 2015 Toyota Corolla has some really awesome features that I personally was pretty impressed with.  These include a Rear Camera Display and Voice Recognition System.  You can keep an eye out as you back up for more than just moving objects (children, grocery carts) but possible bikes parked behind you or even trees or barriers.

The Voice Recognition helps keep your eyes on the road if you have to make a call by pulling up and calling friends from your phone book.  There are also extra special features like the automatic climate control keeping the car interior to your preferred temperature at all times or the smart key system which knows you when you approach the car as well as starts at the push of a button.

Available to Purchase/Cost: Starting at $16,950 2015 Toyota Corolla
Recommendation:  Overall the vehicle has a ton of features which make it a great car for any level driver and especially someone not looking to spend an insane amount of money on a car.  The features are all there and totally in tune with the pricing of the vehicle.  You are going to feel as though you are driving a sports vehicle at a standard price!
