Gear Up to Get Going #FitnFree16 - Part 4 After Party

Recently, I decided to start a journey in changing my definition of healthy.  Healthiness and Happiness come in all shapes, sizes, colors.  I've decided while it is about setting better schedules and plans, it's also about living in the moment, not giving up on yourself, and determining what YOUR healthy is.

Anyone who might be interested in feeling better in all areas of their lives, getting all around healthy (YOUR healthy), and trying to live freely with less stress, I highly recommend gearing up with some of the brands listed below.

Get All Goey
After all the time you spend outdoors getting active, you need to find a way to take care of your skin and body as a whole.  Whether you've been running miles as you get fit or chillin in the sun living stress free, you still have to take care of you so you can do more of the things you love. Green Goo is a brand which caught my eye right away with their creative and intriguing name!

"Our herbs are carefully sourced from organic farmers, consciously wild crafted, or organically grown in house. We infuse our fresh and dried herbs in organic oils, rather than using pre-made extracts, to increase the medicinal value of our products."

The Green Goo First Aid Outdoor Travel Pack is a great way to take care of yourself and on the go.  Any outdoor enthusiast will be thrilled to get their hands on the Bugs Be Gone.  My families personal favorite is the Sierra Sage Lip Balms with how obsessed we are about having chapstick on the go.  My husband has already diminished the Arnica Salve for Pain Relief with the heavy activity he does outdoors.  The Green Goo family doesn't "just offer products that soothe and moisturize, we craft products that make a difference in your life!"

Clean up Stress Free
Most of my long time readers know of my allergy to Tide detergent and originally when I first started reviewing products, I was quite hesitant in trying out any type of laundry soaps.  I've always had a brand preference long before blogging, so when I was given the opportunity to start working with Purex, I couldn't have been more pumped!  I've never had a reaction to any of the clothing or bedding washed with Purex.

Because of my long time love for Purex products and my loyalty to the brand above all others, I have to recommend using the NEW Purex plus Clorox 2® detergent.  Not only does this help clean up after gearing up, but Purex can help promote a more stress free lifestyle.  The NEW Purex plus Clorox 2® detergent combines the Purex® DirtLift™ power you love with an extra boost from Clorox 2®!

My family filled with boys can create a pretty stinky and hard to wash laundry routine.  With all the gearing up we do, having a strong laundry detergent is pretty important.  The smells can help relieve stress too which is always something you can count on using a Purex product.

Recovery
Being an active individual sometimes comes with a price.  Some days you can feel a drag or maybe not as much energy and motivation to really get into your games, activities, or workouts.  Finding the right relief, solution, and motivation is the key.  When I first heard about Play Again Now, I was skeptical as to how it would work and hesitant in giving it a try.  What appealed to me right away was the fact that I could help my body recover without having to find and try a thousand other solutions.

"Play Again Now is recovery you can feel — a daily sports nutrition formula comprised of liquid high-molecular-weight HA and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) that can replenish the HA throughout the connective tissues of your body."  Usually any athlete knows the 2nd day after working out can usually be the worst when it comes to sore muscles.

"Clinically-proven to get users back in the game within 7 days", I've noticed a certain difference in the way my sore muscles are recovering.  No longer do I have to pump my body full of meds or use tons of creams for temporary pain relief.  While I've still be sore (and nothing is going to change that), I'm not as sore as long.  The berry-flavored makes it as easy to drink as any other sports drink too.
