It's FINALLY Here! The LEGO® Movie 2: The Second Part is on DVD
Now I don't know about you but I was personally pretty psyched about The Lego Movie 2 FINALLY coming to theaters and now it's headed to 4K UHD Combo Pack, Blu-ray combo pack and DVD. TODAY (May 7th, 2019), you can head to stores and scoop up a copy of your own. With both my boys in FLL Robotics, we are huge fans of LEGO in general and the first movie was phenomenal. We've waited forever to see The Second Part and it's finally here!
The LEGO® Movie 2: The Second Part synopsis says, "It’s been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are now facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO® invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than it can be rebuilt.
The battle to defeat the invaders and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet (Chris Pratt), Lucy (Elizabeth Banks), Batman (Will Arnett) and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a galaxy filled with fantastic planets, strange characters and catchy new songs. It will test their courage, creativity and Master Building skills, and reveal just how special they really are."
With an all star cast including Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Tiffany Haddish, Stephanie Beatriz, Alison Brie, Nick Offerman, Charlie Day, Maya Rudolph, this is going to be one you don't want to miss.
We haven't stopped playing this since it arrived over the weekend. The kids love singing along with all the songs and we've had quite a few dance parties throughout the movie. Each time I watch personally I notice a new joke/pun and enjoy it even more and more!
