Glorified Rice

Makes approx. 12 servings

1c Rice cooked & cooled
1/3c Sugar
13 1/2oz Crushed (drained) Pineapple
1/2tsp Vanilla
1/3c Mini Marshmellows
2tbs Maraschino Cherries (drained & chopped)
1c Whipped Cream
Coconut (optional)

Mix rice, sugar, pineapple, & vanilla together.
Stir in marshmellows & cherries.
Fold in whipped cream.
Let chill for about 10 minutes before serving.
