Lucky Leaf Pie Filling/Recipe Book Review and Giveaway

 

     During this time of year we tend to bake and entertain quite a bit.  During the month of February, there are my daughter, my sister, and my birthday and well as Valentine's Day.  Then come March, there is my hubby and son's birthday and St. Patty's Day.  Needless to say we celebrate a lot.  Now I usually try to make everything from scratch when I can but we all know around these times it can be very difficult especially if you have young children (I learned that the hard way this past holiday season).  So when Lucky Leaf asked me to do a review of their pie fillings, I was more than happy to.

     We decided to try the Cherry Cheesecake Brownies since Alana loves her brownies and Kevin can't get enough cherry filling (and who doesn't love them some cheesecake).  This recipe was super moist and full of flavor.  What a great twist on your traditional brownies and it barely took us ten minutes to throw it all together!

Recommendation:  Yum yum...if these were available at more stores near me I'd be buying them everytime I need to cook as should you if they are available near you...Makes baking anytime so much easier
