Aunt Mae's Handmade Soaps + Lilla Rose Jewelry Review and #Giveaway

        I am generally a very low maintenance chick (at least in my eyes, lol).  I very rarely have makeup on and usually throw my hair up in a ponytail.  I have since I can remember showered with plain old soap instead of body wash like most women as well.  I do have to say though I never would have given any thought to using a handmade soap up until the last few years.

        Since starting to make my own products especially anything for personal use and cleaning in order to help the skin allergies I have along with keeping the harsh chemicals away from my home and family.  I was recently contacted by a small business owner and asked to review a few of her items which I was pretty pumped about.

        Aunt Mae's is a provider of quite the variety of items including handmade soaps, essential oils, handmade earrings to match Lilla Rose clips, and wedding supplies.  She graciously sent me over a pair of Celtic Elegant Emerald Dream Earrings and a variety of her handmade soaps.

        "Mae’s Handcrafted Natural Soaps are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.  Tallow is used for the hardness & gentleness it imparts to the bar, making your bars long-lasting and gentle to your skin.  I include olive oil for additional gentleness and a touch of coconut oil for fluffy lather."

        I thought the soaps smelled amazing and even filled my shower with the scent each time.  I was impressed as how soft my skin felt which I am positive had to be the coconut oil (as I am a huge fan of it)!  I have to say I thought the earrings were adorable even though I don't tend to wear dangly's this long.  The perfectly complimented several of the outfits I own and I cannot wait to wear them for St. Patty's Day!

        My biggest complaint about this small business is the fact that it is run like a blog and is very very confusing and difficult to navigate if you are a browser.  You need to know specifically what you are looking for an honestly know exactly where to find it otherwise you are lost.

Recommendation:  Definitely check her shop out as I am sure you will find something to fit your tastes.  The pricing is very reasonable especially for the jewelry!
