        Now it comes as no surprise to me that my body has changed over the years and the older I get, the harder it becomes to lose weight.  But I never imagined it would be this hard.  I used to be that girl that could drink a dozen beers with the frat guys, stay up half the night, chow down on hamburgers and Taco Bell at 1 am, all while never working out and gaining zero weight.  I would wake up the next day to do it all over again and still never had to worry about weight, my complexion, or anything health related.


        This is going to be one of those life lessons where I say I wish I had listened to my mother.  People weren't lying when they told me everything starts to change at 30.  Now I am stuck not only re-learning how to take care of myself properly since so much has changed but struggling more to keep up since I've done nothing of the sort since leaving college.

        I was recently asked to give a few health and weight loss products a review from a company called Elite Gold Solutions.  They sent me over three products to review - Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Total Colon Cleanse and Detox 7 Day Weight Loss Slim System and Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Capsules.  I knew this would be my chance to really jump back on the weight loss boat again.

        To start off, I began by taking the Total Colon Cleanse and Detox 7 Day Weight Loss Slim System pills at night before bed so that "things" could purify while I slept and be "disposed" first thing in the morning.  My nutritionist coach told me a while ago this was one of the best ways to start yourself off fresh each morning, by getting rid of the bad from the day before.

        "This natural cleanse contains ingredients that help loosen and soften the build up of waste matter and stimulate natural elimination."  I have to say, this wasn't like most cleanses where you are stuck in the bathroom for hours and sometimes days.  I actually enjoyed taking this and felt as if it just encouraged me to spend a little extra time in there.  None of this made me feel sick or even rushed to the bathroom and it felt completely natural.  It especially helped those days I felt a little bloated to relieve the pressure and symptoms!

        Next, I was pretty pumped about taking the Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Capsules as there have been tons of studies about the benefits of using coconut oil!  I've never actually seen it in a pill form but use the actual oil constantly in my household for various things.

        I knew right away this would help with my dry skin (since I usually apply the oil daily) and help with my complexion.  I did learn though some additional benefits which just sweetened the deal of taking these on a regular basis.  Coconut Oils can "Helps fight viruses and bacteria that cause illness, Helps ward off yeast, fungus and candida, Lowers bad cholesterol, Positively impacts thyroid hormones, and Helps manage insulin."

        Being that last year I was told my sugar levels are completely off and I have something called Sponge Kidneys, I have been trying to closely monitor the way natural products effect me internally!  My only complaint about this is the dosage amount that's recommended.  3 softgels 2 to 3 times daily with meals seems a bit steep!

        And finally to coincide the last two supplements and start me on a small portion eating path, Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract.  Because I am an over eater, I need to work hard in the beginning to suppress my appetite and get my stomach to shrink.  I very rarely can do this without the help of some sort of dieting pill that works and works well.

        The directions tell you to take 1 capsule with 8oz of water, 30 to 60 minutes before main meals, 2 times daily.  Also for "Extreme Weight Loss", take 2 capsules with 8oz of water, 30 to 60 minutes before main meals, 3 times daily.  I thought the these pills went down just fine with no after taste and no jitters which is an important factor for me.  Right away I noticed a decrease in appetite and again felt fine and not all hyped up or anything!

        Overall, I don't have a total weight loss yet with trying this system.  I can tell you after taking these for about two weeks, I feel a bit "lighter" and definitely feel like with working out I am on the right track!  I am hoping by combining these three with a regular exercise program, I might actually see some quick results!

Recommendation:  I would definitely recommend these to someone looking to lose weight at any level.  I feel great after taking each of them and while the products are on sale these are priced amazingly!  I do think the regular prices are a bit hefty but so far it works!
