#PuritansPride Review and #Giveaway #MothersDayEvent

I have to be completely honest, when I was first asked by Puritans Pride to take part in reviewing several of their products, I didn't know much about them as a brand.  As far as I understood they were a natural, organic company with a variety of health products available.  I truly had no idea they had as much as I've discovered over the last few weeks!

I was sent over a TON of products with a variety of uses for review from Puritan's Pride which included Ultra™ Woman Daily Multi Timed Release, Raspberry Ketones 100 mg, Hedgerow and Kent Organic Green Tea, Hair, Skin and Nails Formula, Retinol Cream, Dark Chocolate Crunch Balance Bars.  Not only was I impressed with such a wide variety but very grateful the products uses and the time of arrival.

I have always been one of those occasional tea drinkers.  I definitely always enjoy a hot glass with some honey when I am feeling sick in the evenings.   So I of course knew I wanted to try the Hedgerow and Kent Organic Green Tea which is a "well-balanced blend of exceptional green teas from gardens in China and India.".  I unfortunately have to tell you I thought this was terrible!  I normally enjoy black teas and this being a green one was just too much for me.  I could barely stomach half the mug.

About two months ago, something very strange started changing for me.  My hair and skin has started to become very oily and greasy, yet dried out and (my hair) flaky.  NEVER in my life have I had issues with something like this.  My hair (even though frequently dyed) has always been soft without flakes and I could even go for several days without washing.  Now, I have no idea what is happening.  I am sure it has to be hormones of some kind since I haven't really changed my diet too much and all medications and vitamins seem to be the same.

Regardless it has been driving me nuts and honestly just grossing me out! My head and skin have been itching like crazy!  The Hair, Skin and Nails Formula is designed as a vitamin to help your hair and nail growth.  Now even though no where in the description does it state, this will help with dandruff or psoriasis, but I had a feeling it might help regulate my body a bit more.

Although, my original plan was to try out the Raspberry Ketones for dieting reasons, I have discovered through research and through my experience the last couple weeks that it helps me with all my other "issues".  I have always had a weak immune system which leads to feeling fatigue frequently.  I also suffer from depression and hate the fact that I have to take medication for it.

In addition to those, I also suffer from Arthritis and other joint inflammation daily.  Raspberry Ketones is supposed to help decrease all of these symptoms plus more and possibly prevent them in the future.  If this one supplement can become my miracle pill I will be sold for life so thank you Puritan's Pride!

Available to purchase/Cost:  $Varies - All products available
Recommendation:  Definitely a great company to get your vitamins, aromatherapy, foods, sports related and other health care products from.  Remember natural is much better than some of the name brand crap.  Plus all the prices were pretty good compared to anywhere else I've seen with some pretty hefty discounts it seemed.

  1. It might not be minor to the rest of the world, but it's minor to me. I have asthma and I have been looking for a natural way to treat it. I'm tired of taking inhalers everyday.
