This ended up working out to be perfect timing as we were in the process of moving during the party weekend. With the big move we were able to treat our friends helping us move to some sweet desserts and snacks, powering them in a healthy way!
Besides baking, I love using only a packet or two of Monk Fruit In The Raw in my coleslaw and potato salad recipes! This way I still get the sweet tastes without the calories. You can even add an orange packet to your cup of coffee or tea to sweeten as my guests that stayed overnight found the next morning with breakfast!
