I've got to be honest, when I hear about Fish Oil supplements of any kind, it automatically takes me back to the time when I first found out I was pregnant with Dane (my first). I remember the doctor telling me how good it was to take for the baby which of course brings back some warm and fuzzy feelings of being pregnant. Then the bad memories come flowing in when I remember that I had to try several kinds because most of them made me sick while pregnant.
While I know this most likely occurred because of being pregnant with all the crazy hormones and changes our bodies have to deal with, I am still quite hesitant in taking this supplement above any others. So when a brand I've worked with in the past (Quality Life Essentials) asked me to review their Omega 3 Fish Oil, I wasn't too sure it would be a good idea for me.
But, then I remember this is what I do and of course I wanted to share all about it with my readers. Using a comprehensive distillation process, the Omega 3 Fish Oil contains 600 Mg DHA and 1,500 Mg Omega 3 Fatty Acids WITHOUT that nasty fish taste. Fish oil can help with more than brain development in babies, it supports joints, vision, and skin.
Having arthritis and terrible vision as well as a memory worth next to nothing, I really do need to start taking fish oil more. I've been taking the Quality Life Essentials Omega 3 Fish Oil for a few weeks and I've honestly not noticed any sickness or disgusting aftertastes associated with it. I can't say I've noticed any major change in my health but it has definitely not been as bad as an experience as before!
Cost/Available to purchase:$19.99 Omega 3 Fish Oil
Recommendation: Definitely a recommended this brand if you are looking to start taking a similar product! I know it is likely to be working even though I haven't been using for long enough to tell and if it doesn't, I know I haven't suffered through any queasy feelings.
