Whole-Food Women's Multivitamin and the Whole-Food Men's Multivitamin Review

        I have to be completely honest, when I was first asked by Nutrigold to review two of their products, I didn't know much about them as a brand and I've always been pretty terrible about taking vitamins myself.  My mother actually just game me one of those lectures this year about getting old and needing to take better care of myself.

        I also want to set an example for my children as to how to stay healthy and take care of yourself.  I'm always enforcing they take vitamins but they never see me do the same.  I truly had no idea the variety of health products Nutrigold had available!  I was sent over the Whole-Food Women's Multivitamin and the Whole-Food Men's Multivitamin.

        Both the Men and Women's Multivitamin are free of all GMO's, fillers, binders, gluten, soy, dairy, and are 100% vegetarian even as a food based supplement.  Containing at least "100% or more of the Daily Values for Over 20 Essential Vitamins and Minerals", the Nutrigold vitamins are made in the USA.

        In addition, the Women's Multivitamin can help with cognitive function, hair and skin health, bone health, and immunity, which we can all use assistance with the older we get.  Your energy levels and glucose balance are another benefit.  Plus this is great for overall prenatal or menstrual health.

        So far Kevin, has been a bit harder to get on board with taking his regularly.  However, I feel like that is because he leaves before me for work and by the end of the evening I've forgotten completely about reminding him.  I've been taking mine for a while now and have to say I love the fact that I don't have the nasty metallic vitamin taste after taking these every morning.

Recommendation:  Definitely a great company to get your vitamins, supplements and other health care products from.  Plus all the prices were pretty good compared to anywhere else I've seen.
