        I know I've mentioned this before but I am one of "those" people,  I am ALWAYS sick! I have the worst immune system in the world and it's probably my fault as I don't take a daily multivitamin or get the proper amount of rest that's recommended.  But honestly what parent does?  I seem to have passed all of these "issues" down to my children as now there is always someone in my household who is sick whether it's a cold or sinuses and allergies.

Recommendation:  I thought this was a fairly easy treatment for the every day colds and congested kiddos.  Although I have to say I think this is a bit pricey for a vapor rub but being that it is more natural I think it is probably worth the purchase in the end.
