We are a huge Halloween family and that means even in the off season.  We enjoy watching movies of all kinds but if I had to pick a favorite genre, it would definitely be Horror.  Because we've spread that same obsession onto our oldest son, we've slowly introduced him to the horror movies we enjoyed when we were younger.  That being said, our family was extremely excited about the remake of the original IT movie.

Now I don't know about you but I was personally pretty psyched about The Lego Movie 2 FINALLY coming to theaters and now it's headed to 4K UHD Combo Pack, Blu-ray combo pack and DVD.  TODAY (May 7th, 2019), you can head to stores and scoop up a copy of your own.  With both my boys in FLL Robotics, we are huge fans of LEGO in general and the first movie was phenomenal.  We've waited forever to see The Second Part and it's finally here!

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms Review

The Originals: The Fifth and Final Season DVD

        I was both sad and happy when I was asked to review the newest DVD set from Warner Bros. Entertainment - The Originals: The Fifth and Final Season releasing to DVD October 2nd, 2018. Because Alana and I have always been into watching the vampire series together on our one night a week (boy free), I knew this was one I had to get my hands on.  We've recently been so busy we hadn't had time to catch up on season 5 and to be honest I had no idea it was the final season.  So as sad as it is to say goodbye to this chapter, we've been pretty psyched to see how it all wraps up.

Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” Available on DVD Tomorrow

Because we are such big Marvel fans in this house, we have been patiently waiting for the arrival of Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War”.  Not only did I know the kids would love it but also Kevin and I.  With the well known all-star cast it is really is hard to go wrong with this movie choice but I can tell you after it's historic box office opening weekend and currently holding as the fourth highest-grossing film of all time, this is a movie you WANT to have a copy of in your home!!

Dream Big: Engineering Our World DVD Review and Giveaway

        Usually we can't seem to find time to get either of the older boys to both sit down and watch a movie with us as a family.  They've always got something going on or really could care less about the movies we try to watch.  However, when I first heard about the release of Dream Big: Engineering Our World, both seemed quite interested.  Being that they are both in Lego club and very into constructing their own designs or becoming entrepreneurs of some sort, I figured this would be one they'd enjoy.

My Little Pony Equestria Girls - Legend Of Everfree Review and #Giveaway

        I loved My Little Pony's growing up and even though I have boys, I love the fact that they love watching them too!  I had tons of the toy ones and used to love all the colors so even if you don't agree with me letting the boys watch it, I think its great!  The lessons are wonderful and right in line with those that I teach my children such as being proud of who you are AND being unique.

        Always a classic in most any home now a days, Warner Bros. released Sesame Street: Monster Magic on October 4th, 2016.  Regardless of age, who doesn't love Elmo?!  This one features counting all sorts of magical fun which I knew would be great for any of the kids in our family.  We are a huge Halloween family and love watching anything surrounding the holiday.

        I was happy when I was asked to review the two newest movies from Warner Bros. Entertainment - Scooby-Doo and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon (releases August 9th, 2016) and A Cinderella Story: If the Shoe Fits (releases August 16th, 2016).   Finally a movie Alana was all about.  Her and I have watched each of the previous Cinderella Story movies and always thought they were cute!  Both will be released on DVD and Digital HD with Scooby on Blu-ray™ as well.  My children they are love watching the Scooby-Doo gang with Daddy!
