        When Alana first came into my life she was around the age of 6.  That is right around the time that these new little pet toys came out that soon became a huge hit with all the kiddos - Littlest Pet Shop!  These little toys remind me of our Polly pockets.  Littlest Pet shop seems to be one of the longer enjoyed toys of kiddos as Alana is now 14 and these are still popular.

Creative Bioscience hCG 1234® 90 Day Challenge Review Wrapup and Giveaway

        Never in my life could I have imagined myself as a dieter.  I was always that girl that made fun of portioning and calorie counting.  I could eat and drink more than most guys in college.  Still at that age I was athletically fit and a healthy skinny.  I'd stay up half the night drinking and finish my evening off with a burger made in the Frat house kitchen or a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell.  Then, mother nature met up with me and decided to dump as much weight on me as possible.  Kind of like a big "F" you for getting away with it for too long.

        Now I am over 50 pounds heavier and most things I try only get results through starving myself or it takes forever and a day to lose even one pound.  So when Creative Bioscience asked me to join their 90 day challenge, I was of course in to try something new.  Because these products can already be found at local stores like Walmart, Walgreens, or Costco, Creative Bioscience want to spread the word online.

        After some discussion with one of the Creative Bioscience reps, I decided to try the hCG 1234® Diet option for my challenge.  "hCG 1234® is a dynamic diet supplement designed for rapid weight loss.  hCG dieting does not require exercise, and dieters choose a calorie plan to fit their situation."

        I know originally all hCG diets had bad reputations for starving yourself.  If I even remember correctly, I think you were only allowed 500 calories max per day with limited food choices even so - NOT HEALTHY.  Creative Bioscience is the first company to introduce a 1200 dietary calorie blend!  "Trained weight loss experts stand ready 24/7 to help hCG 1234® dieters set reasonable goals, get past diet plateaus, and answer questions."

        I have now been taking the HCG 1234 for about 75 days.  I have noticed quite a bit of change in my body and especially around my mid section.  So far though I will say there are a few things I am not a huge fan of.  First you are supposed to keep the drops under your tongue for 1-2 minutes which is extremely difficult to do for those of us with gag reflexes.  Your also not supposed to eat or drink anything for ten minutes prior/after.  I HAVE to drink water afterwards or I start to feel nauseous.

        The more I take these the more I despise the experience and mostly just because of the taste and having to hold them under the tongue.  I have noticed a significant difference though in several things.  My appetite has completely decreased which I've never been able to do before.  Because of this I can also tell my stomach is shrinking as I am getting full much quicker.  I will say this do NOT try to take this the day after drinking alcohol as it will make you sick.  I tried this once a week or so ago and paid dearly for it!

Recommendation:  As much as I think this price is kind of outrageous, I actually liked this product for once and it worked for me.  This says a lot since I have tried several non-exercising options to lose weight.  I am down from 187 to 180 which I feel good about even though I expected  more weight-loss   (These past few months there has been a lot of added stress in my life making it difficult to diet properly).

 Ohio Flame will be featured on FOX CT tomorrow at 9:00AM for KeepAmerica's American Made Holiday Gift Guide.  This is huge for them so please show your support and tune in.  This is an amazing company with great personalize customer service.  I feel like part of the Ohio Flame family even though I live in Michigan :) !

      When I was younger we used to camp at least two times a month.  I believe this is where my love for natural wood fires has come from.  Every where I have ever lived has either had firepits on the property (apartments) or I've gone out and bought one for my backyard.  Unfortunately my last one was obviously cheap and only lasted for one season last year when we moved into our current house.  Although Michigan doesn't allow for a long summer season, you will find us outdoors six out of seven nights and from the first remotely warm day (above 60 degrees outside) to the first day of snow if we can.  Our falls are perfect bonfire weather.

        So we are big animal lovers in my household but over time we have decided on a few rules for our household pets based on our pet peeves (haha that wasn't meant to be ironic).  A big rule of ours is the no stuffing and no squeaker rule.  I can tolerate the noise more than my husband but neither of us have any patience for the fluff every where in our house ten minutes after giving the dogs a new toy.
